Since its foundation, Jugotrade has been engaged in the development, production, installation, servicing and trade in the field of electricity.
The implementation of these activities is carried out through the following organizational units:
- DEVELOPMENT
The development laboratory in Belgrade performs:
– devising and designing new devices
– firmware and software design for devices
– produced by Jugotrade
– prototype production
– prototype testing
– redesign and improvement of existing devices
Mechanical parts, including device housings, are developed and designed in the company Elektrik from Bač, a member of the Jugotrade group.
New devices whose prototypes successfully pass all the necessary tests are serially produced and assembled at Elektrik.
- PRODUCTION
The company Elektrik, which is a member of the JUGOTRADE group and disposes of 2500 m2 of production and office space, performs assembly and wiring of measuring cabinets. It has a tool shop, presses and injectors for the production of metal and plastic parts, as well as a complete machine park for mechanical processing. It also has laboratories for galvanization, electromechanical assembly and quality control. The following products are manufactured in Bač: measuring cabinets, ripple-control receivers, switching clocks, optical probes, thermometers for water heaters, motor protection switches, direct motor starters, digital electricity meters as well as all mechanical parts (enclosures, inscription, protective panels, etc.) for those products.
- SERVIS AND REPAIRS
Service and repairs sector, which is located at the company’s headquarters in Belgrade, has been established in 1995 when a large amount of general purpose diagnostic and testing equipment was purchased.
Its primary activities are:
- Repair and calibration of the electricity meters for the needs of electricity distribution companies throughout Serbia.
- Servicing PCM devices for the needs of Serbian Telecom.
- Servicing all Jugotrade devices manufactured in production facilities within the company Elektrik in Bač.
- TRADE
Since April 2016, Jugotrade is the official distributor of the German company Hensel, a leader in the production of modern electrical installations and distribution systems for various industrial and home application.
